FAQ
Answers based on real condition
When it is deeply worn, cracked, crumbling or hardened. If the sole is still good and only the glue has failed, re-gluing or protection is usually enough.
Ready-made soles are quicker but offer fewer models; made-to-order soles can match some shoes better but take longer. Final cost and timing are confirmed after photo review or inspection.
EXTRIM removes the old sole carefully, fits the new one closely and checks shape before return; how well shape is kept depends on the construction and the replacement sole.
Sole replacement carries a 60-day adhesive warranty against natural separation under normal wear. Scope is written on the order.
