1. Information We Collect
Contact Details: Full name, phone number / WhatsApp number, and delivery address in Ho Chi Minh City.
Service Data: Item intake photographs, diagnostic logs, and order history linked to your account.
Payment Information: Payment status and transfer transaction codes. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
2. Purpose of Processing
To coordinate doorstep courier pickup and return deliveries via our logistics partners (Ahamove).
To provide real-time order tracking updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
To administer Care Pass membership balances and warranty records.
3. Zero Third-Party Disclosure
EXTRIM will never sell, rent, or distribute customer contact details to third-party advertisers or marketing data brokers.
Data is shared strictly with necessary operational partners (such as delivery drivers) solely to complete order fulfillment.
4. Cookies & Tracking Preferences
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and language preference (Vietnamese / English).
Analytical cookies help us improve site performance and optimize page loading times. You can manage cookie preferences at any time via the link in our footer.
5. Birthday Information & Birthday Benefits
Your date of birth is optional, entered by you in Profile, and can be removed at any time. EXTRIM uses it to determine eligibility for a birthday benefit program if that program is introduced.
Joining the birthday program is a separate choice and does not subscribe you to advertising. You can withdraw your choice in Profile or contact EXTRIM for help. Removing your date of birth also removes your birthday-program choice.
