Answers based on real condition

Often yes: re-stitching or a replacement strap depending on the material and where it broke. For designer bags a technician reviews photos and explains the option and its limits.

Clasps, rings and zips can be replaced with the right hardware. A technician checks the type and replaceability from photos before proposing an option.

Light scuffing at edges and corners can often be treated; deep scuffs or peeling leather need a material assessment. EXTRIM states the expected improvement after reviewing photos.

Technical repair carries a 60-day warranty by item; small-detail bonding is not covered. Scope is written on the order before work starts.
