Earn after an eligible service is completed: 1 Coin per 1,000 VND of eligible service spend at Member. Silver earns 1.5×, Gold 2× and Platinum 2.5×. Coins are not cash; each reward shows its Coin price and benefit cap.

Membership tiers
Your tier uses eligible service spend recorded by EXTRIM during the calendar year. Cancelled and refunded orders do not count; the counter resets each January. Redeeming Coin does not lower your tier. Existing Gold and Platinum members keep their tier through 09/15/2027.

A 150,000 VND eligible service earns 150 Coins. About 10 such services earn a cleaning voucher up to 150,000 VND.

When do Coins arrive?
After the eligible service is completed and recorded. If a paid service is reversed, a separate adjustment appears in your history.
Does redeeming Coin lower my tier?
No. Coin spending and eligible service spend are recorded separately.

Are Stamps still earned?
No new Stamps are earned or converted to CareCoin. CareCoin is the active reward after an eligible service is completed.
