What you will do
- Welcome walk-in customers and advise on shoe, sneaker and handbag care or restoration services.
- Handle online chat inquiries and keep customers updated on their orders.
- Intake, inspect, log and route items through the workshop process.
What we look for
- Clear, friendly communication; careful and responsible with details.
- Basic computer skills. Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Shoe & Bag Restoration Craftsman

What you will do
- Hands-on techniques: sole stitching and gluing, lining replacement, zipper repair, hardware swaps.
- Surface treatment, deep cleaning and color restoration across leather, suede, canvas and rubber.
- Work with professional chemicals, waxes and paints; cross-check quality before handover.
What we look for
- Practical experience repairing or spa-treating shoes and leather goods.
- Understands materials and basic chemical reactions; meticulous with a good eye.
- Professional discipline: strict with schedules and responsible for every piece.
