Two-way shoe pickup: Thao Dien and Phu My Hung
21 September, 2026•EXTRIM Editorial Team
You do not need to cross the city with a wet pair on a motorbike. EXTRIM uses AhaMove for two-way doorstep collection in Ho Chi Minh City, including Thao Dien (District 2) and Phu My Hung (District 7).
Logistics rates (not a service price)
| Order value | Courier |
|---|---|
| From 300,000 VND | 20,000 VND shipping support |
| From 750,000 VND | Free two-way AhaMove |
| 5-pair family combo (590,000 VND) | One-way courier included |
Service prices stay on the catalog: 150,000 VND deep clean, 250,000 VND minor reglue, and so on. Provincial shipping uses ViettelPost; you pay the carrier both ways.
Typical workshop time after the pair arrives: 3–5 business days for a standard clean.
Five-step process (same at both workshops)
- Intake & photos — each pair is inspected, photographed, and tagged. The check is free.
- Fixed VND quote — nothing starts until you confirm the price on WhatsApp or at the counter.
- Workshop treatment — cleaning, repair, or restoration by material. No shared soak. No washing machine.
- Cold-dry & QC — controlled drying, then a check against the intake photos.
- Handover or delivery — collect at Binh Thanh or District 7 Him Lam, or take two-way AhaMove doorstep delivery.
Warranty, in plain words
- Cleaning: redone free within 48 hours of handover if the agreed result is not met.
- Sole reglue and stitching: up to 60-day craftsmanship warranty on the work we did.
- Repaint / colour work: 30-day warranty against flaking or unnatural fade, stated on the quote.
- Result still depends on material age, glue, and prior DIY damage. We say the limit before we start.
