Hardware oxidation and mould are disclosed, not hidden in a “deluxe” rename. Pickup uses the same two-way AhaMove rules as footwear.

Five-step process (same at both workshops)

1. Intake & photos — each pair is inspected, photographed, and tagged. The check is free.
2. Fixed VND quote — nothing starts until you confirm the price on WhatsApp or at the counter.
3. Workshop treatment — cleaning, repair, or restoration by material. No shared soak. No washing machine.
4. Cold-dry & QC — controlled drying, then a check against the intake photos.
5. Handover or delivery — collect at Binh Thanh or District 7 Him Lam, or take two-way AhaMove doorstep delivery.

Warranty, in plain words

• Sole reglue and stitching: up to 60-day craftsmanship warranty on the work we did.
• Repaint / colour work: 30-day warranty against flaking or unnatural fade, stated on the quote.
• Result still depends on material age, glue, and prior DIY damage. We say the limit before we start.
