How long shoe cleaning takes in Ho Chi Minh City
21 September, 2026•EXTRIM Editorial Team
Turnaround is calendar time in the workshop, not rider time.
Typical clocks
| Job | Time after intake |
|---|---|
| Standard deep clean (150,000 VND) | 3–5 business days |
| Suede / nubuck spa (200,000 VND) | Quoted after the spot test |
| Luxury spa (300,000 VND) | Quoted after material check |
| Clean + reglue | Repair clock added; not hidden inside the clean |
Cold-dry is part of the reason we do not promise a two-hour laundry. Glue and foam fail when pairs are baked or machine-spun.
Five-step process (same at both workshops)
- Intake & photos — each pair is inspected, photographed, and tagged. The check is free.
- Fixed VND quote — nothing starts until you confirm the price on WhatsApp or at the counter.
- Workshop treatment — cleaning, repair, or restoration by material. No shared soak. No washing machine.
- Cold-dry & QC — controlled drying, then a check against the intake photos.
- Handover or delivery — collect at Binh Thanh or District 7 Him Lam, or take two-way AhaMove doorstep delivery.
Warranty, in plain words
- Cleaning: redone free within 48 hours of handover if the agreed result is not met.
- Sole reglue and stitching: up to 60-day craftsmanship warranty on the work we did.
- Repaint / colour work: 30-day warranty against flaking or unnatural fade, stated on the quote.
- Result still depends on material age, glue, and prior DIY damage. We say the limit before we start.
