EXTRIM warranty: 48-hour re-clean and 60-day repair
21 September, 2026•EXTRIM Editorial Team
Warranty at EXTRIM is written per job, not a slogan on a banner.
Coverage table
| Work | Window | Covers | Does not cover |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cleaning | 48 hours after handover | Agreed soil/odour result | New rain, new scuffs, oxidised rubber that was disclosed |
| Sole reglue / stitch | Up to 60 days | The joint we repaired | Other areas, rotten foam, DIY glue left in the seam |
| Repaint | 30 days | Flaking or unnatural fade of our paint | Flex cracks in dead leather |
Prices do not change because a warranty exists. Deep clean still starts at 150,000 VND. Minor reglue still starts at 250,000 VND.
Five-step process (same at both workshops)
- Intake & photos — each pair is inspected, photographed, and tagged. The check is free.
- Fixed VND quote — nothing starts until you confirm the price on WhatsApp or at the counter.
- Workshop treatment — cleaning, repair, or restoration by material. No shared soak. No washing machine.
- Cold-dry & QC — controlled drying, then a check against the intake photos.
- Handover or delivery — collect at Binh Thanh or District 7 Him Lam, or take two-way AhaMove doorstep delivery.
Warranty, in plain words
- Cleaning: redone free within 48 hours of handover if the agreed result is not met.
- Sole reglue and stitching: up to 60-day craftsmanship warranty on the work we did.
- Repaint / colour work: 30-day warranty against flaking or unnatural fade, stated on the quote.
- Result still depends on material age, glue, and prior DIY damage. We say the limit before we start.
